Spiritual and emotional support

We are looking to help others find inner peace, resilience and strength to deal with challenges.

Personalized support

We believe that each person is unique and has unique needs for spiritual and emotional support.

An inclusive environment

We believe that diversity is a force and that recognition and respect for differences are essential.

Encourage resilience and growth

We seek to encourage resilience and growth in the people we support, helping them find inner peace and strength to deal with the challenges of life.

Promote mental and spiritual health

We seek to promote mental health by educating people on healthy practices for emotional well-being and by encouraging car.

Show active listening

We are looking to show active listening to the people we support, giving them all our attention, listening with empathy and asking relevant questions to better understand their needs.
A Propos

What do we do?

As auscia, we know that the most important principle is the love of God and the knowledge acquired by each of our chaplains, but we also form men and women and young people of value eager to serve God, their family and society in general by providing them with all the necessary knowledge in each of the areas to be treated through courses, diplomas, seminars and training. In this way, we are also committed to social assistance, reminding ourselves of one of the most important commandments:

You will like your neighbor as you yourself, and that is why, as an association, we try to help people who need it most as long as it is within our reach.

Where do we do it?

About Us

Where do we do it?

The USCIA Africa works with churches, public institutions, private institutions, military institutions, police institutions, civil institutions, NGOs and partners, among others.

Why do we do it?
The basic biblical text of our association is: Matthew 25: 35-36

Who are we working for?
We work under the direction of God, being our guide and our model to follow through the Holy Scriptures. And whatever you do, do it from the bottom of your heart, as for the Lord, not for men; Knowing that you will receive from the Lord the reward of the inheritance, because you serve Christ the Lord (Colossians 3: 23-24).

Our values

Empathy Compassion Diversity Respect Humility Solidarity

The value that connects us

Empathy is an essential quality for chaplains, because it allows us to connect to others on an emotional level.

This means that we are able to understand and feel the pain and suffering of others, so that they can offer them effective emotional and spiritual support.

The value that makes us human

Compassion is a central value for our association of chaplains, because it pushes us to treat each person with benevolence, sweetness and understanding, without judgment or conviction. Compassion means being sensitive to the suffering of others and being ready to relieve them in any way.

The value that brings us together

Diversity is an important value for our association of chaplains, because we believe in the importance of recognizing and respecting cultural, ethnic, religious and gender differences that we support. We believe that diversity is a strength and that it enriches our community.

The value that honors human dignity

Respect is a fundamental value for our association of chaplains, because we believe in the value of each individual, regardless of his religious beliefs, his ethnic origin, his sexual orientation or his socio-economic status. Respect means to honor human dignity, recognizing that each person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

The value that makes us humble

Humility is an important value for our association of chaplains, because we believe in the importance of recognizing our limits and our weaknesses, and always remaining open to learning and personal improvement. Humility means recognizing that we still have a lot to learn and that we don't know everything.

The value that unites us

Solidarity is an essential value for our association of chaplains, because we believe in the strength of the community and the importance of supporting and serving others in their need, working together to achieve common goals. Solidarity means being there for others, offering our help and support when necessary.
